My role as a coach is to partner with you in identifying your current roadblocks and hold you accountable to achieving your goals.

 

Hi, I’m Becky. I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Through my experience and training, I’ve collected an array of tools that I fondly call my “wellness toolkit.” As I go about my day, I tap into what my mind & body need in that moment. I know there’s always something in my toolkit to help guide me through life’s challenges. 

I want to help you build this same awareness within yourself. By creating a safe space to lean into this process, you’ll feel comfortable peeling back the layers to get to the core of who you truly are and what you want out of life. Together, we’ll dive deeper into self-discovery and begin to uncover what is holding you back from becoming the person you are meant to be.

This work will lead you back to yourself, your intuition, and most importantly your authenticity.
