“What is a holistic health and wellness coach!?”

Well, sit back and let me explain everything a coach can add to your life.

A health and wellness coach works with clients to support them in achieving their goals. These goals may focus on anything from lifestyle changes, to physical activity, relationships, career, or spirituality, but the choice is completely up to you. We work together to delve deeper into areas of your life that you want to improve and check-in where there may be an imbalance. In our sessions, I will help you utilize your “wellness toolkit” in order to create healthy, sustainable, lifestyle changes.

My programs

One-on-One Coaching

This program is catered specifically for you! We'll meet twice a month for check-ins where we'll discuss your progress, the topic of your choice, and create SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Together, we'll build self-awareness, sustainable lifestyle choices, and accountability.

What to expect:

  • 6-Month program*

  • two-60 minute one-on-one Zoom sessions/month

  • recap email including your goals for our next session

Supportive Add-on

Are you someone who struggles with keeping yourself accountable? Is it difficult for you to be consistent in achieving your goals? Let me support you every step of the way by showing you how to follow through with your goals by learning more about how to keep yourself accountable. You’ll be able to stay on track easier with this built-in support system. 

How I’ll support you:

  • catered check-in plan to meet your needs & lifestyle

  • access through text messages up to 4x a week between the hours of 8-6 pm M-F MST **Please note it could take up to 24 hours M-F and to 48 hours Saturday/Sunday to respond

  • supportive, motivational messages and/or memos

  • includes 4 x 15-20 minute calls

*6-month program required, payment due at the beginning of each month or you have the option to pay in full at the start of the program.

Group coaching

This program focuses on women’s empowerment. How do we become our most authentic selves by doing the work together? Each week we’ll meet for an hour and a half to learn how to positively support each other through meditation, mindfulness, and coaching. We’ll delve into specific topics such as self-care, limiting beliefs, and self-talk as we create a safe space to explore the roles we play as women. You’ll be paired with an accountability partner and learn how to create SMART goals together. During this program, you’ll begin to build your “wellness toolkit” and start your journey to self-discovery.

What to expect:

  • 3-Month program*

  • Weekly 90-minute group Zoom sessions for 12 weeks

  • recap email including a summary of the session and journaling prompts to reflect on

FAQ

Why do I have to sign-up for a 6-month one-on-one program?

Think about it like this...How long has it taken you to develop the habits you have in your life right now? Take a minute to really think about this.

For most people, the answer is a lifetime. So, it’s not an easy nor fast process to unlearn these current habits. Building new habits and creating healthy, sustainable changes take time. The good news is, if you're ready for real change, I'm here to support you. Together, I’ll show you how to take the first step in making healthy lifestyle choices, learning how to be more consistent in these goals, and holding yourself accountable throughout our 6-month program.


Do I need the Supportive add-on?
 

No person is meant to be an island. We all need a supportive community in which we feel safe to be ourselves. When we don’t have this, our well-being and mental health suffer. As a woman, this is usually a hard thing to admit. So if you struggle with any of the following, this add-on is right for you:

  • checking in with people when you feel shame around not having done something you said you would do

  • feeling like a burden to people for having to check-in

  • asking people for help

  • OR simply wanting a professional to keep you accountable

I am here to partner with you and provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can learn from these old patterns and establish new routines to hold yourself accountable. 


What happens after six months?

In our final session, we reflect on the growth and progress that you’ve made over the past six months. Believe me, this will feel like a short amount of time as you reflect on where you were when you started our work together and where you are now. From there, you will decide how you want to move forward. This may look like any of the following, but trust that the work we’ve done together will provide you with the answer which is right for you. 

  • creating a monthly check-in plan

  • a new 3-month program

  • another 6-month program

  • going off on your own to put what you’ve learned into practice as you hold yourself accountable

The best part about this is that what happens next, is completely up to you.


Can I join the group coaching program with a friend?

Yes! You can sign up with a friend, but this doesn’t mean that you’ll be accountability partners. If you’re interested in signing up with a group of friends or colleagues, we can discuss a specifically catered program for you.
